In cases with more open ended problems, we’re willing to ask “what do you really need?,” and assess root causes and identify feasible, practical solutions.

Alternative fuels

At KDC, we recognize both society’s need for landfill alternatives & demand for liquid fuel. Both of these problems can be solved by producing high quality synthetic liquid fuels using these waste feedstocks. We provide engineering support for synthetic fuels technology providers Verdis Synthetic Fuels and Canada Chemicals Company. With KDC, your municipal solid waste, agricultural waste or wellhead flare gas can become the feedstock for valuable synthetic fuels.

Mineral Processing

Processing high-value minerals has unique challenges compared to oil & gas projects. Facilities need to implement projects quickly to meet evolving business opportunities. We can help you integrate specialized plug-and-play vendor packages into a new processing scheme: this minimizes the time and cost associated with custom engineered solutions.

Plant Operations Support

We can provide the technical expertise to help out with nagging problems. Whether it is solving an impossible PID tuning problem, leading a Root Cause Assessment for a recent safety incident, or finding simple ways to close out HAZOP action items, we can off-load your team so they can focus on running the plant.
